For this reason, upon request, we will provide a credit to the sponsoring organization in the event an individual participant must be rescheduled or has been withdrawn. The sponsoring institution must make the request for a credit no later than 24 hours after the scheduled event and may use this credit to schedule any individual participant in any future event of equal or lesser value. SyncSim will only provide credit for rescheduling at the request of the sponsoring organization at the time of notification regarding institution-approved student absences or withdrawals. If a student is unable to attend an event at their scheduled time, they must contact their sponsoring organization, who will make any determinations regarding mitigating circumstances warranting reschedule.
