Focused on health promotion and illness prevention, the SyncVille Senior High School Clinic has been heralded as a vital resource to the community. The clinic primarily serves the high school but has been instrumental in providing support to the neighboring middle and elementary schools.

Offering a variety of services 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm, the urgent care clinic is staffed by nurse practitioners who can diagnose and treat minor injuries, perform physical exams, order diagnostic testing, and provide assistance to patients needing follow up care.

Built in 2016, the SyncVille Senior Residence Community is comprised of single-family homes, condominiums, and apartments available to those 65 years and up. The community features an activity center, where seniors can attend educational and social events.

Focused on end-of-life care for patients and families, the Tina Rosetti Memorial Hospice & Palliative Care Center provides diverse palliative care options, counseling services, and both in-patient and home-based hospice nursing care while promoting dignity and autonomy in all aspects of the healthcare experience.
